NLT is an Islington-based project which incorporates adaptive reuse, with the retention of historic built elements – a locally listed Victorian shop front & part extension and redevelopment of a Georgian block. To the rear of the site, two new ‘studio’ townhouses are proposed as a low-scale intervention that mediates between the neighbouring religious building and the existing Georgian block.
